After working in the recruitment industry for several years, I made a life-changing decision — to quit my job and take over my family’s civil work business. That’s when I founded Rajmuni Civil Work Agency in Chennai, offering services like painting, waterproofing, and renovations.

However, my real passion has always been recruitment. With over 10 years of experience in hiring across both IT and Non-IT industries, I realized that helping people find the right job and companies find the right talent is what I truly enjoy and do best.

That’s why I started Rajmuni Manpower Agency — to combine my experience, passion, and network into a service that supports businesses across all sectors, including IT, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and more.
